What's the Best Bit About Your Job?

 

I think seeing clients grow in confidence as they get fitter and lose weight is really special, also when they begin to feel proud and good about the way they look and the way that changes their personalities. Working with so many interesting clients is also great.

 

What Do You Enjoy Doing When You're Not Working?  

 

I enjoy walking, eating out, going to the pictures, attending fitness classes and playing badminton.

 

What's Your Favorite Drink 

 

I tend to drink water or Roobis tea during the day, my favourite alcoholic drink is dry martini and lemonade.

 

Favorite Foods? 

 

Fish pie and sticky toffee pudding

 

Favorite Local Restaurant or Pub?  

 

Shibden Mill Inn because of its relaxing atmosphere.  

 

What's Been Your Most Embarrassing, Funny, Proud or Memorable Experience?

 

My most embarrassing moment has to be the time when I spent 5 minutes on the phone explaining to an ex boyfriend why I thought we should end the relationship only to discover it was his dad I had been rambling on to.

 

Favourite Book? 

 

I don't have too much time for reading anything other than fitness related material, with 2 young daughters claiming the majority of my spare time. I suppose one book that springs to mind is 'How To Win Friends and Influence People' by Dale Cargenie. It helped me through my early working years.

 

Desert Island Disc?  

 

Aha - 'Take on me' and Byan Adams - 'The summer of 69.'
